First, insert your rounding plate with dough into the machine, then pull the pressure handle that evenly presses the dough by applying a strong, consistent downward force. Dough can then easily divide into equal portions when the cutting handle is released, and once you push the rounding handle, your perfectly round dough balls are complete! This Semi-Automatic Divider/Rounder requires minimal maintenance and is incredibly quiet when operating, thanks to its rounding mechanism that runs in an oil bath for smooth, long-lasting operation. The Round Head Semi-Automatic Divider/Rounder is easy to clean with its thermoplastic head that can be tilted, and its cast iron construction finished with lead-free enamel paint ensures a long life of operation.
