Two easy to use, three-phase sockets facilitate the connection of your moulder and divider to this Intermediate proofer, and controls on both the left and right of this machine make operation incredibly easy. Reduce friction with the built in bronze ring gear wheel designed for efficient rotation of the troughs within the Model S, extending the overall service life and durability of this machine. An optional foot control, folding rounding tray, germicidal UV lamp with protection, and air extractor are all available for advanced operation of the MB S Intermediate Proofer - Standard Trough.
