The Eco+ 600 is the largest in JAC’s Eco+ range of automatic slicers. Its robust design and working capacity make it ideal for large scale businesses and volume. The AutoMode also allows for increased accessibility while maintaining an optimum safety level, and will achieve its maximum output combined with fewer manual operations. Along with the other Eco+machines, the 600 has a large 18 L crumb tray that is easily accessible by tilting the front, cylinder-assisted door. The maximum bread dimensions of the 600 are60cmx 31cm x 16cm and it has a slicing thickness of 11 to 18mm. The 600 also features the optional intelligent Slicing Control (ISC) System to determine the correct pressure on the bread pusher, allowing this Automatic Slicer to work with an assortment of bread. There are also additional options for the Eco+that include a double slicing thickness option, colour options, and a foldable bag blower.
